What aspects should the ball mill maintenance start from?
1. Overhaul cycle:
1 month for major repairs; 1 to 3 months for minor repairs; 12 to 24 months for medium repairs; 60 to 120 months for major repairs.
2. Maintenance content:
1. After repair: mainly check the oil quantity, adjust the clearance of each part, strengthen the bolts of each part, replace individual liners or check the wear of liners, and repair the feeder.
2. Minor repairs: Check, clean and measure the wear of the tooth surface, check the wear of the liner, and replace it if necessary.
3. Medium repair: replace the feeding parts, replace the transmission pinion runner and bearing, disassemble and check the reduction box. The large gear can be adjusted and used according to the situation after 3-5 years of operation, and the hollow shaft should be measured after 3-5 years of operation.
4. Overhaul: disassemble, check, clean, measure, repair or replace the large gear, hollow shaft, spherical bush, transmission shaft, pinion and cylinder according to the wear condition, repair and replace the electrical components, after the electrical equipment is overhauled, it must be tested for acceptance Work.
3. Overhaul standard:
1. The processing surfaces on the two bearing bases are on the same horizontal plane, the center distance tolerance is 1mm, the non-parallel deviation of the longitudinal center line is 0.5mm, and the deviation of the horizontal center line is 0.5mm per meter.
2. The spherical contact surface of the tile seat should have a uniform contact angle; no less than 1-2 points per 50×50mm2; the contact surface between the hollow shaft and the tile should be 90°-100° and no less than 2 points per square inch, and the journal and The clearance on both sides of the bearing is approximately the same.
3. The matching surface between the cylinder flange and the front end cover should ensure good contact, no gaskets are allowed, and the tolerance of the misalignment of the two hollow shafts is less than 0.8mm. When the large ring gear and the end cover of the cylinder are connected, assembled and corrected, the thrust should be firm, and the positioning pin should be fixed. The radial swing of the ring gear should not exceed 0.5mm, and the axial swing should not exceed 0.84mm.
4. When installing the liner, the end cover should be installed first, and the liner of the cylinder should start from the entrance, according to the assembly requirements, and the screws should be tightened evenly to prevent water leakage. There should be no gaps in the rubber lining, and the gaps should be blocked with sponges.
5. The centerline of the small gear and the centerline of the large gear should be parallel, and the deviation should not be greater than 0.2mm per meter. The tooth tip clearance is 1/4 modulus, the tooth side clearance is 1.06-1.8mm, and the contact area of the tooth surface is not less than 50% of the tooth length and 40% of the tooth height.
6. The transmission coupling of the reducer, motor and transmission shaft should maintain a high degree of coaxiality, the misalignment of the center line is not more than 0.3mm, and the inclination of the center line is less than 1/1000. As long as you pay attention to the above three points, it is easy to improve the working performance of the ball mill, improve the grinding fineness, and prepare for the next step of flotation.
